Thomas Beckner has over fifteen years of experience playing for celebrations including weddings, anniversaries, and bar/bat mitsvahs. He can play many classical favorites for ceremonies including Canon by Pacelbel, as well as traditional pieces such as Here Comes The Bride and Erev Shel Shoshanim. For cocktail hours he has a wide range of selections including jazz standards, broadway showstoppers and current pop hits.
Tom can bring an electric keyboard, If a piano is not available. He also performs with other musicians (flute, saxophone, vocalist, drums, bass, etc.). Tom plays throughout the New York / Long Island metropolitan area.
Thomas Beckner has been providing music for holiday parties for over fifteen years. He has a vast repertoire of Christmas favorites as well as Chanukah melodies. A versatile piano player, He can provide enjoyable music for your listening pleasure, or lead a spirited chorus in a Christmas carol sing-a-long. Selections include traditional favorites such as Silent Night and O Come All Ye Faithful; for the kids, Jingle Bells, Dreydle, or Santa Claus Is Coming To Town; Raucous numbers like Jingle Bell Rock or Rockin Around the Christmas Tree; Easy listening in the style of George Winston; and classical treats from The Nutcracker.
If you do not have a piano, Tom can bring an electric keyboard, and if you don't know all the words, songsheets will be available, so call or e-mail with the dates of your party before it's too late. Tom plays throughout the New York / Long Island metropolitan area.
